SetErrorString
Sets the error string associated with an asynchronous process.
void SetErrorString (in StringPtr errorStr, 
in CyberProgressBroadcaster broadcaster);
errorStr
A pointer to a string buffer that contains the error string.
broadcaster
The progress broadcaster broadcasting the change.

DISCUSSION
This method is called by the CyberProgressBroadcaster::SetErrorString method to broadcast a new error string to all progress receivers attached to the broadcaster.
If you subclass CyberProgressReceiver, you must override this method. Your override must not call its inherited method; that is, your override method must implement this method's functionality completely.
